Mortal Kombat is a classic fighting video game, that is widely popular in the gaming community. Released in 1992, gamers still consider it in their favorite games of all time list. Homelander and peacemaker is one of the most exciting characters that has been introduced this time. Homelander in Mortal Kombat 1 is a character inspired by the series The Boys (where Antony Starr plays the role of Homelander). Moreover, Peacemaker is inspired by an American superhero television series where John Cena plays the role of “Peacemaker”. There’s one more interesting character named “Omni Man” inspired by a fictional character of the animated series “Invincible”.
To get these characters you need to buy the Kombat DLC pack which includes all these characters. The pack consists of six new characters which were scheduled to be released between Nov 2023 and Summer 2024. Until now, Omni Man and Tremor have been released already but the Homelander and Peacemaker are yet to be released. Additionally, if you want to get them, you need to buy that DLC pack.
Is Antony Starr voicing the Homelander character in the game?
There was some speculation about the voice behind the Homelander character in the MK1. Some fans thought that Antony Starr was going to be voicing the character. However, a few months a fan asked the star about the same and he answered it quite weirdly.
This gives no hint, and the question is still alive. The Homelander character will come in the Spring of 2024. so fans will have to wait for some time to get the answer.
